There seems to be an unusual amount of rain for this time of year (expert that I’m not on Rwandan rainfall), though since most Rwandans or also farmers or at least serious gardeners, every one is happy for it. But this seems to mean greater than normal power outages. Most of this post and the previous were written by candle light which seems somehow wrong.
